• Example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000. After placing bets totalling ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 from the bonus, bonus winnings become withdrawable.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• e3999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If an attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts or irregular methods is detected, the account and bonuses will be forfeited.

6 VIP Program

The e3999 VIP program has four tiers, each providing users with weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% cashback per week.
• Silver: up to 0.4% cashback per week.
• Gold: up to 0.6% cashback per week.
• Platinum: up to 0.8% cashback per week.

The criteria for moving up from one tier to the next are determined at e3999's discretion. The bonus terms above also apply to cashback bonuses.

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to placing bets and playing games on e3999:

• The outcome of all bets and games is considered final. If any round remains incomplete due to a technical error, e3999 reserves the right to refund the relevant amount.
• Fraudulent methods, the use of bots, or gaining unfair advantage through software is strictly prohibited.
• e3999 is not responsible for losses caused by technical issues on the part of game providers.
